Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days, this does not include weekends/holidays. Once the package are handed to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

OtakuBun Studio are NOT held responsible for: 

  • Mistakes made by USPS
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

USA ORDERS

OtakuBun Studio uses United States Postal Service, USPS and UPS to ship all orders. All orders will either be shipped by Priority Mail or First Class. (Unless you indicated a different shipping option) This can take anywhere from 5-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

OtakuBun Studio uses United States Postal Service, USPS to ship all orders. All orders will either be shipped by First Class International Mail. (Unless you indicated a different shipping option) This can take anywhere from 14-30 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing (3-5 business days) using USPS. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will also send you a shipping confirmation email. Other shipping options will be available to you at check out.

DAMAGES

Products that are purchased from our website will require photo images of the product that is damaged. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping cost, or may be exchanged. Please contact missricebunny@otakubunstudio.co to we can assist you with your concern.

RETURNS

We will allow returns of damaged products only! Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we are limited returns on many items. If you have an issues concerning your order due to poor quality, please contact us at missricebunny@otakubunstudio.co so we can assist you with your concern. We are always happy to help!

EXCHANGES

We are currently not accepting any exchanges at this current time due to Covid-19.
